Batman v Superman Trailer Tease Rumored for Thursday

We’ve been hearing for awhile that the long-awaited first trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice would be attached to prints of Mad Max: Fury Road next month. But a juicy new rumor suggest that we could be seeing it much, much sooner.

Latino Review’s El Mayimbe broke the news first – just seconds ahead of the folks over at Collider – and says that the first five seconds of the Batman v Superman trailer will be released online at 9am on Thursday, an hour before the big J.J. Abrams panel at Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim. The footage will allegedly be dropped via director Zack Snyder’s Twitter feed, and fans will then have an opportunity to sign up for a chance to view the trailer in a theater on Monday, April 20.

Even more surprising is the claim that the Batman v Superman trailer will be attached to print of Avengers: Age of Ultron when it hits theaters on May 1.

Warner Bros. hasn’t commented on the rumor at this time, but as soon as we hear something official, we’ll make sure to update you.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, , Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. The film will hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
