The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 was surprisingly absent during Comic-Con, unless you count the odd decision to debut the first trailer for the film at the Samsung Mobile Experience outside the Hard Rock Hotel. Fans hoping for another appearance by the cast in Hall H were left disappointed this year, but should be able to find solace in the fact that the trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 is now online.
Sure, it’s brief and doesn’t really tell us much of anything, but there’s still sometime exciting about seeing Jennifer Lawrence returning to the role of Katniss Everdeen. Expect the rebellion that the first two films were building toward to really ramp up here, as we move toward the inevitable confrontation between Katniss and The Capitol, led by the sinister President Snow (Donald Sutherland).
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 opens on November 21.
