Two weeks ago, FX unveiled the first TV spot for the final season of Justified, which will see the end of the conflict beween Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) and Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins). While the first clip seemed to indicate that the animosity between Raylan and Boyd would be more than enough to set them on a collision course, this new promo reveals that someone else might be stoking the flames. This clip seems to confirm what we’ve suspected since the end of last season, that Ava (Joelle Carter) is none too pleased at the prospect of becoming an informant for Raylan, and will be making her own plays to get out from under him, and Boyd. Something tells me that we shouldn’t be expecting a happy resolution for this one.
Justified returns for its final season in January, exclusively on FX.
