Yesterday, we told you that Marvel would debut the first trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron during next week’s broadcast of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. But if you don’t have the patience to wait until then, you can get a bit of a sneak peek today, as a couple of lo-res images from the trailer surfaced on 4chan and spread like wildfire. Get your first look at Tony Stark’s Hulkbuster armor, as well as Ultron himself, in the photos below.
Yes, these are legitimate – the Nerd Rep team was present during Marvel’s Comic-Con presentation, and we can confirm these shots are taken directly from the Avengers: Age of Ultron footage that was screened for the Hall H crowd.
Comic Book Movie has taken it a step further – they’ve managed to get their hands on a couple of GIFs from the trailer, which give us a glimpse of Tony Stark’s transition into the Hulkbuster armor, as well as super-brief clips of Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) using their powers.
At this rate, we might not have to wait until October 28th for the full trailer reveal – it’s obvious that someone out there has access to it, so we’ll keep you posted if any additional images or footage pops up before next week.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is scheduled to hit theaters on May 1, 2015.
