Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ended its freshman season with betrayals and massive game-changing events which will loom heavy as indicated by the newly released trailer for Season 2 that shows the team on the run. The trailer doesn’t give up much new info, but definitely has a darker tone as the ragtag group of agents are shown not exactly on top of the world after the events of the season finale and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Looks like Ward has grown a “villain” beard and Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) and company are still fighting the good fight, “A-Team” style, as they rebuild what’s left of S.H.I.E.L.D. There’s a lot of quick shots and teases hidden in the trailer. Did you catch any of them?
