‘Marvel’s Jessica Jones’ Trailer: I Don’t Get Asked on a Lot of Second Dates

We got our first official look at Marvel’s Jessica Jones a few weeks ago, via a debut trailer that seemed to promise an even darker tale than the studio’s previous Netflix offering, Daredevil. With the series premiere only ten days away, Marvel is offering a fresh look at its newest crime fighter.

It will be interesting to see how this character and her series is received by fans, since it’s the first of the Netflix show to introduce a relatively unknown character that has never been portrayed in a live action setting before. But the cast, particularly Krysten Ritter and David Tennant, look to be turning in fantastic work – and we should get some solid stuff from the supporting cast, including Mike Colter, Rachael Taylor, Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty, and Wil Traval.

Marvel’s Jessica Jones will premiere its entire 13-episode first season on November 20, exclusively on Netflix.

After a tragic ending to her short-lived Super Hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases in New York City.

Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones) is joined by an amazing cast including David Tennant (Kilgrave), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty, and Wil Traval, among others.

Marvel’s Jessica Jones on Netflix is Executive Produced by series Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg (“Twilight”, “Dexter”) and Liz Friedman (“Elementary”), along with Jeph Loeb (“Marvel’s Daredevil,” “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”), who also serves as Marvel’s Head of Television.
