Just in case you didn’t get your required dose of Superman-related news with Kyle’s review this morning, we’ve got the first Man of Steel news in quite some time. With Licensing Expo 2012 currently underway in Las Vegas, Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have brought three of the film’s costumes to the exhibit floor, and the folks at Coming Soon were able to get a few photos. Check out the costumes for Superman, Faora, and Jor-El below (thanks to /Film for the tip).
The fact that these are out on display seems to indicate that we can probably expect to hear (and see) more from Man of Steel in the very near future. With director Zack Snyder locked in the editing room, and the San Diego Comic Con scheduled for next month, attendees can probably look forward to seeing the first footage from the film, especially with rumors that the teaser will be attached to prints of The Dark Knight Rises.
Man of Steel is scheduled to hit theaters on June 14, 2013.
