After impressive footage from Halo 4 and Tomb Raider, Microsoft continued to wow the audience at their E3 press conference with a lengthy gameplay demo from one of this year’s most anticipated titles, Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Plenty of new weapons and gadgets were shown off as downtown Los Angeles was turned into a war zone, and it’s obvious that the gameplay engine has been given a severe upgrade. IGN has the embed, so check out the footage below.
Microsoft also confirmed that, much like previous entries in the Call of Duty franchise, DLC for Black Ops II would appear on the Xbox 360 before expanding to other platforms. The title is scheduled for release on November 13, 2012.
