Two weeks ago, we got our best look yet at Disney’s live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast with a gallery of new photos, and we hoped that new footage would be on its way soon. This morning, we’re happy to announce that the wait is finally over, and Disney has released the first full-length trailer for the film.

Check out the Beauty and the Beast trailer below, courtesy of the film’s official Facebook page.

There aren’t really any surprises here, as this trailer is basically giving audiences a glimpse at some of the original film’s most iconic scenes in live-action form, but director Bill Condon looks to have done a remarkable job of translating the visual style of the animated classic. Every frame of this footage is absolutely gorgeous, with vibrant colors and intricate details, and now that we’re finally hearing from some of the cast we can tell just how perfect they are for their respective roles.

Speaking of the cast, let’s just remind ourselves how impressive the full roster is. Emma Watson will portray Belle, with Dan Steven as Beast and they’re joined by Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as Lefou, and Kevin Kline as Maurice. And let’s not forget the enchanted items in Beast’s castle, with voice talent that includes Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, Audra McDonald as Madame Garderobe, and Stanley Tucci as Maestro Cadenza.

Disney has also released a handful of still images from the new trailer, which you can view in the gallery below.

Beauty and the Beast will open on March 17, 2017.

Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” is a live-action adaptation of the studio’s animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs. “Beauty and the Beast” is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.
